CYPC won the “2023 Best Practice Case for Public Company Boards”
Recently, the China Association?for Public?Companies?(CAPCO)?announced the results of the “2023 Best Practice Case for Public Company Boards”.?China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. (CYPC) won the “Best Practice?Case” award, the highest honor.
The “2023 Best Practice Case for Public Company Boards” selection is organized by CAPCO, aiming to?further encourage the compliant?and effective operation?of the boards of directors of listed companies and improve their standardized governance?level. This activity focuses on an all-round?assessment of board compliant?operation, corporate governance, practice innovation, information disclosure quality, investor relationship management, the practice of ESG concepts, and other dimensions. Hundreds of companies were shortlisted for the practice?case for boards?from more than 5,000 listed companies, and only 100 were awarded “Best Practice?Case”, accounting for no more than 2% of the entire capital market. CYPC stood out with its standardized and efficient governance practices and won the highest honor.
