China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. (CYPC) was registered at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, indicating its formal establishment, with a registered capital of RMB 5.53 billion. Its business includes power production, operation and investment, power production technology consultation, and overhaul and maintenance of hydropower projects.
